It was a year ago today when I decided to hold myself accountable and start something new and I am so glad I did. GoodieBoss has become a part of my family, my saving grace, my go-to when I need to throw myself into something creative. Mental health is so important and it is my mission to make it more normal & accepted. I am now in my early thirties and I can honestly say it is the first time I have felt comfortable talking about my mental health so publicly and accepting who I am.
